This was my first brazilian wax so it was very painful but Harshdeep was so kind and patient, constantly reassuring me, apologising for the pain, encouraging me to take breaks, bringing me tissues and water, etc. I'm really happy with the results. The studio was clean and welcoming but the walls to the waxing area were quite thin so apologies to the ladies getting their nails done who probably heard my screams lol. Would definitely recommend :)

Amazing !!! Best waxing and pedicure I’ve had in a long time.

Everytime I visit Alex I am pleased and relaxed. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are at home. The aesthetic looks, the spa scents and the warm bed makes every visit a 10/10. Not to mention Alex’s professional, yet friendly attitude, her warmth and her in depth beauty knowledge. I would recommend The Beauty Lounge to anyone who is looking for 110% out of a service. Got waxed by Sandeep and it was a brilliant experience. Really kind and gentle, but also fast and efficient - would highly recommend this salon and Sandeep in particular :)

Amazing experience! I had my legs and arms waxed. Very quick and thorough great results. Also I had an Indian head massage which was heavenly! Beautiful and calming environment and Alex was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Will be definitely coming back x
