Had had numerous treatments with Hannah at Aura since she opened. Hannah has an extremely professional approach with her customers but is also very warm and friendly. I had the best reiki experience at Aura in Lytham. Hannah has this way about her that instantly makes you feel calm and comfortable. Nothing feels awkward or forced, you can just fully relax and take the time out for you. The reiki itself was honestly incredible. I left feeling so much lighter, clearer and just… more like myself again. An affirming, validating and revitalising experience. Started a little later due to unforeseen circumstances but apologised and more than made up for it. Claire was very welcoming and personable we had a good chat when she could get a word in lol.. She also, did more than I'd booked in for and very happy with the results. Will definately go back again.
