Alex was brilliant he made me feel very welcome and at ease. He listened to what l wanted and knew immediately that l had a double crown and how to cut my hair so that it would lay correctly.. considering he had not cut my hair before he listened to what l wanted and l left feeling on top of the world with a really good cut. It is very welcoming when you first arrive and l thoroughly recommend going to Roma to have your hair done. Personally I am so pleased with my hair and Steve was brilliant so easy to talk to.
