We had such a lovely experience at Cynthillant in Dubai. My teenage daughter had her hair cut by Monica, who was very attentive and did a beautiful job. We also had our nails done and were very happy with the result. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The results were exactly what I wanted—fuller, well-defined brows that still look natural! The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere.
