You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing — easily the best spa experience I’ve had. Fee is the best beautician I've ever been too! She take's so much care with each treatment and does the best lashes in Sheffield, I would never go anywhere else! Have been getting my lashes done by Fee for nearly 3 years now and they've always been spot on. To top it off she's one of the nicest people I know, makes you feel really comfortable and welcome, she's amazing!!

First time here and it was great! Fee was so friendly and welcoming, also very gentle with the waxing. I just had an eyebrow wax but my eyebrows now look great and perfectly back in shape.

Had my nails done by Laura, toes by ella, hair by millie, eyebrows and make up by lauren all for my wedding party and i was so happy with everything, all the staff at chula are amazing, always so welcoming and have such a good sense of humour, me and my mom was even served a glass of prosecco by ella 💕 will never go anywhere different xxx

Lauren was amazing love the henna brows. I would definitely recommend to book.

Previously had my brows micro bladed elsewhere and I was never happy with them. Too thin and the pigment had gone blocky. Joy gave me the thickness I wanted with a perfect shape. She managed to disguise the old pigment and added fine hair strokes. She has a lovely salon and gave me a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend her

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !
