I had my first deep tissue massage experience with Margaret who is excellent. I felt the experience rivaled some of the best holidays I've had.For that hour, the serenity, combined with the aromas and the carful but deliberate pressure applied to the muscles felt amazing. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nakha Thai Massage. Jenny’s Thai massage was absolutely amazing. She is professional, intuitive, and really knows how to work with the body in a way that feels both therapeutic and restorative. Who knew that over stretching at yoga can lead to injuring my rotator cuff 🙄 and that the scar tissue from a fall almost a year ago will always give me some sort of discomfort. Left untreated or waiting too long to have to seen to will just make it worse over time. I learnt this from Muneera who used a myriad of tools for a full body massage therapy due to their power being off because of the storm. She did however go home to warm bean bags and stones for me 🤗 A day later and I have full rotation in my cuff albeit still a bit sensitive. She took her time and worked almost 2 hours on me

I recently visited Severity by Leila for a full body massage and full facial, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage was absolutely amazing — so relaxing and really helped release all the tension I was carrying. The facial was just as incredible.
