The whole experience at Kahe Hands was so amazing - from the online booking platform, the reception and the facilities. I opted for a 90 minute relaxing and rejuvenating massage. Abigail was my therapist and it was hand's down the best full body massage I have ever had. 10/10, will recommend!

Preface: I have a lot of muscle trauma. I chose myofascial release (MFR) and lymph drainage. It was a great combination. The MFR was intense. She worked on my major leg muscle groups. I have a fairly high pain threshold which was crossed during the session. I could feel the resistance as she worked on specific muscles. I felt great after the session and a day later I feel like I had a good massive full-body workout yesterday. I will be doing it again and I am so grateful for the professionalism and care I got (as usual).

Jy het my ingedruk op die laaste oomblik nadat ek 'n boo-boo gemaak het my die aanlyn 'booking'. En dit word so baie waardeer. Dankie vir jou vriendelikheid en puik werk op my hande en tone. Ek het baie komplimente al gekry met my 'hartjie' prentjie op my ringvinger.

I had an amazing experience with Fortunate! I came in with a very complicated design, and she executed it perfectly. My nails looked exactly like the photo I showed her. She was also incredibly lovely and made the whole experience even better.

Thanks Matthew. Believe it will help a lot. How often should one do a sport massage or deep tissue, for runners. Are they more or less the same. . Thanks again.
