I had a Swedish massage with Shantel, and she did an excellent job. She has a great technique with smooth, flowing strokes, and her medium-to-high pressure was both comfortable and effective. The facilities at Blush and Bluff are well-maintained and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed—highly recommend her.

I struggle with cluster tension headaches from time to time and was desperate for relief one Saturday, about 2 years ago. The physio was fully booked and I then stumbled upon Asian Blend Spa in Porterfield Road, Blouberg. It was the best find! Bella’s massages are the best I’ve ever had. No one has ever worked my tight, intricate neck muscles the way she has. She is so gifted, intuitive and thorough at what she does and far outweighs any other massage I’ve had at many great establishments. Whether you need relief from a headache or just a massage for relaxation, I highly recommend Bella.

There just isn't another place that is as relaxing and inviting to heal than Studio Milnerton. Darren and Bambine are fabulous and answer any questions one has with ease and knowledge and you supported as a human being, not just a client. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. It felt purposeful and focused, not just generic pressure like at most places. She’s so kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about how you’re feeling. Shanise is amazing. Attentive to what your body needs and checking in with you all the time. 10/10 highly recommend.

The welcome was so warm, I felt right at home. Was a little scared because it was my first time but the experience was lovely. I didn't feel anything right away except for a little hazy and lighthead,but on my 40min drive home, I could feel the difference in my body. Much lighter and refreshed

The back cleanse was fantastic and perfect for a "body spring clean".

Love the look and feel. Staff are so professional and kind. Love my nails!

Awesome massage technique! Worked out the stiffness and soreness in the back, quads and ITB…

It’s a treat to have a facial with Lisa and she always goes the extra mile by adding a foot massage or head massage (or both!) on top of your treatment. She also carefully explains what she is doing, why and how it will feel. My skin feels fabulous!
