Have been coming to Nature Reflexology & Massage for quite some time! I always have the best full body massage & foot reflexology, I leave feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed! I would definitely recommend coming here, plus the staff are always so lovely and accomodating!

Jack did another fabulous job with my crusty heels and I now have baby feet. Jenny gave me a reflexology massage and I think this has helped me with my cough! Highly recommend.

Jack performed the Traditional Chinese Pedicure which he did with great efficiency and Zoe did my foot reflexology massage which was amazing. I highly recommend visiting for a variety of treatments. So amazing.

Very good massage, good communication as to what I needed. Thoughtful herbal tea and fruit after massage. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.
