Highly recommend Sanctuary Birkenhead. I felt so relaxed after my sports deep tissue massage that I fell asleep when I got home ❤️ This was my 4th monthly visit. The masseuse is so strong and the deep tissue reach is done slowly before really kneading the knots out. Intuitive to where the problem areas are and always smoothing them out as much as possible. Because my job is so physically demanding I wii be visiting fortnightly. Thanks SB I really glad to support your business 🙏❤️

This was my second appointment. Lovely premises with soft lighting and calming music. I have the sports deep tissue massage. Pho my clinician was strong and understands the body so well applying strong pressure to very tight muscle resulting from a physically demanding job. I came away feeling so relaxed. I will definitely become a regular. It is worth every cent! Plus you get a nice cup of ginger tea. $89 for 70 minutes of deep tissue massage is definitely worth it.

This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Yuki instinctively knew the right amount of pressure to apply. It was never too much or too little. Sometimes, in a deep tissue massage, there are moments when I flinch because it's a particularly sore spot. But not with Yuki! She was very attuned to my response to her work. Thanks Yuki!
