Another wonderful massage! This time I opted for the deep tissue back and shoulders massage. Sophie established from a previous massage that I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and there are many knots. I thoroughly enjoyed this massage and already feel so much better. I'm looking forward to more sessions to release the knots further.

My first Indian head massage was truly a wonderful experience. I have eczema so I have to be careful what products are applied to my skin. Sophie answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable even before the appointment. She is a fantastic masseuse and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I had a pregnancy massage with Katelyn and can’t recommend her enough! She talked through all of the positions and oils that would be used, giving me confidence that myself and baby would be safe during the massage. The 60 minute full body massage was relaxing and helped ease the aches and pains of pregnancy. Will be booking back in for a massage post-baby!

I’ve been to see many professionals for the pain in my back and it’s only since having massages and sports massage with Katelyn that I’ve noticed a vast difference with having more pain free days. Katelyn is so welcoming and professional. She explains what she’s going to do at the start of each session, explains the oils she uses and gives advice for aftercare. I’ve also had a full body massage, including head, and shoulders which was total heaven. Plus a lymphatic facial which was absolutely wonderful. I’ll not go anywhere else as Katelyn helps me to totally relax.
