I chose Rachel because she was genuine , highly trained and uses the latest tech. I had a mixture of IPL and electrolysis to get rid of the black and blonde hair . Rachel goes above and beyond and truly deserves all the recognition and praise. Her prices don’t reflect her expertise in all areas of beauty, she truly is the hidden gem of Stafford.
