As always, a warm welcome, treatment and aftercare well explained, advice given about future treatments I enquired about and Rachel earned extra points by telling me my forehead is amazing given I’ve never had Botox 😂 I’ve been told this before but coming from a skin specialist, I’m now her biggest fan! The crystal microdermabrasion treatment was relaxing and I feel like my skin has had a good detox! I’ve booked in again. Highly recommended treatment and I highly recommend Rachel ❣️

Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. Madison is absolutely the best! I initially came to her hoping to improve my skin with regular facials and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more comfortable or confident in the hands of a practitioner. She’s honest, knowledgeable and truly takes the time to understand your goals. After just one glow facial, the difference in my skin was incredible. Now they are a monthly staple. Love Rach - she's so knowledgeable and experienced. I love how she gives advice about best / future treatments without feeling like I'm being pushed to spend more money.
