Have been seeing Paul regularly for a while now for various sports niggles. Today I saw him for a tension headache I’ve had for two weeks. He explained the possible cause and worked really deeply on my neck and shoulders. He gave me some advice for what I can do at home too. Headache is now far less of a problem. Paul is a great listener and is so good at explaining what might be going on in your body.

This was my first deep tissue massage and it was great. I don’t play sports but have had some shoulder and back pain for a while now and Paul made me feel very comfortable. Definitely re booking!

Paul has been a great support to me over the last few weeks, both with helping my recovery from a TKR by having Deep Tissue massage but also mentally. He listens and also manages to say the right things to help keep me positive!

Another positive deep tissue massage with Paul, so glad I booked the block of 6 treatments. He is such a positive person and has helped to pick me up mentally as well physically after my TKR. Would 100% recommend him!
