This was the first time I’ve ever had cupping and I was advise to following a Thai massage what a very stubborn 12 month old neck shoulder injuries falling from my horse. I can honestly say having had different sorts of treatment in the last 10 months I can finally say I think I have turned a corner. Lovely experience, had a deep tissue massage. I love that it covers everything top to toe, including face and stomach. It was relaxing whilst still getting all the knots out.
