I had an Indian head massage and reiki and I had an amazing experience, Marta was lovely and so professional. I was so rested and it felt like the stress had been taken away. I totally recommend Her Sanctuary Holistic Therapies, I will be definitely going back.

Once again Gemma has done an amazing job. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and came for a back massage as the top of my back is painful. She concentrated on these areas and I felt so welcome and relaxed. I could lay there forever. Be back again soon x

Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Always look forward to my treatments with you 😊

I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Another wonderful ASMR Massage with Gem today. Gem is absolutely wonderful, she's so lovely and welcoming and her treatment room is cosy and set up so lovely. I love that Gem really took notice of the things I enjoyed last time and incorporated more of that into this time. Would absolutely recommend booking in with Gem for a treatment, I'm so glad I found her!

Had my first ever ASMR Massage experience with Gem earlier this month and it was amazing, I'm already booking in for another after payday and think this will become a regular treat for me. Gem was even able to adapt the treatment to accommodate my pregnancy, and I don't feel like the quality was compromised at all. Perfectly relaxing and just the right amount of tingly. Would highly recommend!

I visited Her Sanctuary on the 13.12.25. What a great experience! Marta was both personable and friendly, genuinely interested in her clientele. Marta listened and made suggestions tailored to my needs. I had my consultation followed by a full 60 minutes massage, she focused on tension which was effective throughout. The oils were lovely, Marta explained the blend used, I felt very relaxed after and wasn't rushed out the door. Marta has a nice working space and a really good location. I will definitely return in the new year and perhaps experience reiki for the first time.

Marta was very lovely and professional. I would have liked to talk a bit more about my needs from the massage beforehand, rather than just filling in an online form and then I feel problem areas could have been focused on and I would have felt more able to speak up in the massage as well. The massage did very much help relax me, but didn’t reduce the strong tension in my mid back as I was hoping for. I would still recommend Marta though, but it would be better to talk about needs a bit more first.

The pressure was perfect, the techniques were skillful, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. Every detail—from the soothing music to the warm, comfortable setting—made the experience even better.
