I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Went in for a correction from another salon (Gels). Becky was attentive, asked for my opinions all the way through on style, length, and they had a rainbow full of colours and everything inbetween. Have already booked to go back. Would defo recommend

Had a treatment with Robbie today. He was warm, welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend him and any of the services at Wax for men & Wax for women! Robbie took his time with the treatment and paid attention to the small details and talked me through everything he was doing, I didn’t feel rushed in and out.
