I booked a couples massage, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, attention to detail was exceptional. The 2 ladies took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the treatments that suited us best. My partner goes to the gym regularly, so they tailored his massage to target muscle tension and recovery. I have a sensitive back, so they recommended a more relaxing treatment instead of deep tissue. We chose our aromatherapy oils and they regularly checked the pressure and hot stone temperature throughout. A genuine 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Lovely people & the woman who did my lips was amazing she really reassured me throughout the process and was very helpful with tips and advice and I also got a really cute after care goody bag to take home with a full self care kit for my lips and not to mention my lips look stunning I love them! Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.
