Today I had Endospheres treatment. I wanted to flush toxins out of my body and smooth cellulite. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has puffiness from water retention and want smoother looking skin! After my first treatment I felt the difference in my body.

Firstly a great massage which was as firm as I like it to work on all those knots The hydra facial was also great. I left feeling refreshed

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.
