Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Fran truly goes above and beyond! I had a massage with her, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus — it’s clear she has an incredible understanding of the body. Her work is not only highly effective but also incredibly thorough; she takes the time to do things properly and with great care. Always punctual, professional, and warm, Fran brings a friendly and calming presence to every session. She’s genuinely excellent at what she does.

This was a very enjoyable experience. The people on reception were welcoming and professional. The massage was therapeutic and extremely relaxing. The Spa is beautifully decorated and feels like a haven in the City.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.

The best beautician in Bath. My skin feels fantastic!

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Absolutely amazing spa, wonderful therapists and the reception team were so lovely and welcoming. What an absolute gem of a spot in the centre of Bath. We will definitely be back :)

I recently had a treatment with Bianka for an eyelash curl and tint. I am so happy with the result 😊. Bianka was so kind and welcoming whilst being extremely professional.
