A friend recommended them to me. So, I walked in with little to no idea what to expect and, admittedly, very average hair that had a slight wave to it and a tendency to be unruly when trying to make it or keep it straight and smooth. Left with a full head of amazing curls and a better understanding of how to care for my curls. So many compliments from this embracing of my hairs natural behaviour. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re confident enough to maintain your hair between visits.

So impressed with the staff at Haylo!! Incredibly patient with our 4 year old son who was in for his first proper hair cut!! He was upset and refused but with patience and kindness he ended up letting Hayley cut his hair and it turned out beautifully!! Thank you so so much

Jen and Haylie are amazing along with all of the staff there. I am still learning to work with my curls and the help and advice is always knowledgeable, tailored and very helpful. Today I got a full head of foils and toner and love it. Then when I got home I loved it even more. Absolutely delighted with the colour and curls. Highly recommend Haylo for all your curly girl needs.

A fabulous experience in their light and airy salon. Jennifer was a wonder, calming my nerves as it was my first cut in 15 years. A really caring crew who talked me through the process and how to care for my curls ongoingly. Fabulous head massage, cup of coffee and sweet treats and sound track to tap your toes to. Oh, my hair looks pretty darn good too.

I thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from Susie's massage and have booked for another one in a fortnight then will continue to visit monthly for general maintenance! Susie did a great job deknotting my left shoulder/neck and relieved the tension on the lower back and left buttock. She has a great sense of humour and her friendly approachable nature puts one at ease.
