I always had the best time with Aaliyah and Kirah. Good energy, great vibes and excellent customer service from start to finish. I love my hair, the take out and install went really well. My hair was still in good condition as I followed Aaliyah’s hair care advice. My hair has kept well on tour and I will continue to come back to Aaliyah’s salon as she’s the best. Michelle was warm, welcoming, and instantly put me at ease. After many letdowns, I’d been ready to cut my locs, but Michelle’s care, knowledge, and understanding restored my confidence. This was my first visit to Hair Affairs with what I consider an almost impossible task of repairing some severely damaged locs. However after a great welcome by the lovely Michelle and Claudia I was made to feel at ease knowing that I was now in the hands of real professionals. She took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my hair done, offered thoughtful suggestions, and explained each step of the treatment clearly. Aaliyah and her assistant, Kirah, took significantly extra time to ensure the K-tip takedown was done with minimal damage, before ensuring that the keratin treatment was done with care thereafter. Very happy with my results - they go the extra mile to make sure they deliver top quality work, regardless of circumstances.

I must really commend Maia for this last visit because for some reason my hair was extremely sensitive and the middle hurt like f...! I told her about it and she was extremely gentle, kept asking if I was ok and she even styled my locs as loose as I asked her to. She showed no signs of annoyance. She was patient. Maia there really is no other like you. Thank you, thank you for the way you take of me and my hair!!!!!!!

Luxury Experience at Aaliyah Naomi Hair! I just left Aaliyah Naomi Hair and I am absolutely OBSESSED with my hair! From start to finish, the experience was pure luxury. The salon is beautiful, calm, and super professional. Aaliyah was so attentive—she really took the time to understand what I wanted, and then completely exceeded my expectations. My hair looks and feels incredible—silky, healthy, and full of life. You can tell she truly cares about hair health, not just styling. Plus, the whole vibe of the salon is warm and empowering. Maia has magic hands when it comes to locs. The absolute best!!! From her starting my locs 3 years ago till now. Great customer service.

I came to Mai Hair for a loc wash and retwist and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. She was proficient and knowledgeable about loc care and advised me on how to look after my locs in between appointments. Will definitely be booking again

What a wonderful experience..It was so relaxing .I loved the smells and the feeling of the different herbs being poured over my scalp and Locs !! My hair and scalp feel completely clean, and smell like sunshine and summertime . Highly Recommended

Wonderful service as usual! Michelle has been caring for my Sistalocs since she installed them 10 years ago! Never had any problems as Michelle has always been professional, knowledgeable as well as being an all round great person to chat to - the hours fly by in the salon and I look forward to the next retightening! Can’t believe it’s been 10 years! Very wise decision to have trusted Michelle with my hair. I highly recommended her and Sistalocs :-)
