The cupping therapy was incredibly effective—relieving tension and boosting circulation. I also noticed real improvements in my energy and sleep after following their supplement suggestions. Who knew that over stretching at yoga can lead to injuring my rotator cuff 🙄 and that the scar tissue from a fall almost a year ago will always give me some sort of discomfort. Left untreated or waiting too long to have to seen to will just make it worse over time. I learnt this from Muneera who used a myriad of tools for a full body massage therapy due to their power being off because of the storm. She did however go home to warm bean bags and stones for me 🤗 A day later and I have full rotation in my cuff albeit still a bit sensitive. She took her time and worked almost 2 hours on me

More than what l expected

It was exceptional! A Comforting and safe space to recovery from any injury or when needing a massage to combat life's difficulties. The Life Wellness team are very knowledge and kind.

My experience with Your clinic and with Yvette was wonderful. The massage wasn’t what I had expected. My previous lymphatic drainage massages were much deeper. I will be sure to book a different treatment next time but I will most certainly be back! Thank you!!

Injured my wrist and Ankle and needed Muneera's help to speed up recovery. First a massage with CBD infused balm so smooth out the tension, followed by RIFE for my wrist and Wet cupping for my ankle and fell asleep 😅 The pain in my wrist already subsided algamdullilah. Muneera is my go to Body Message Therapist for all my aches, pains and injuries.
