Highly recommend. Lauren is very knowledgeable and thorough Takes the time to explain everything and make a treatment plan for your specific needs. She is very helpful and patient making sure you feel comfortable. The treatment is amazing, I felt like I’d had a huge weight off my shoulders. The treatment room is lovely with the combination of calming lighting, music, aromatherapy oils and a comfortable heated bed. The clinic itself is a lovely building and easy to find parking nearby which is free for 2 hours All round great experience can’t wait for my next appointment

Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and this shows through in her treatments. I see her every 3 weeks to help manage my fibromyalgia. Lauren always delivers an individually tailored massage to treat the worst areas. Based in a comfortable and friendly environment. Highly recommend

Lauren is the best massage therapist I have ever been to . She is keen to understand any aches pains and struggle you have before she starts and she goes through what her thoughts are and what massage style would be most effective for you . Lauren who was my therapist for a back massage. I was recommended to visit from a friend due to some discomfort I was experiencing. Lauren is very knowledgable and explained everything for me about why I could be experiencing the pain and which group of muscle was affected. I’ve booked another appointment and I would certainly recommend Lauren and Holistic Health Clinic.
