I have been visiting Mel's Massage & Reflexology in Mount Lawley & Parkwood regularly for nearly a year. Incredible staff that are always very respectful & friendly. I would like to provide feedback regarding the care I received. My pain was 10/10 at the time, and I was extremely distressed. Mona provided exceptional care. She performed acupuncture and used hot stones, which completely relieved my headache and significantly reduced my back and hip pain. Her skill, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference to my experience. Another staff member also assisted briefly when needed over the phone, which I appreciated. The best place for remedial messages in Perth， The space is so lovely ! I am definitely coming back, I’ll bring my boyfriend next time - I was told there is a couples room.

I rang to enquire about details and the lady who answered was very accommodating and helpful. After booking an appointment an information sheet to fill - ensuring that the masseuse can target one's aches and pains more effectively. I was welcomed with a smile and immediately ushered into a clean, warm and cosy room. As soon as Mona's fingers touched my shoulders,I knew I had come to the right place! She is an expert masseuse!

I had a one hour pregnancy massage and it was one of the best. I was comfortable and it was a proper massage where my muscles felt release rather than other massages that are too soft. It was a very relaxing environment with beautiful interiors as well.
