First few times trying out gel extensions, and its been such a wonderful experience with Amber. The treatment is done with care, and a great attention to detail. Just always walking away with a smile, and so much knowledge about my nails! Would definitely recommend. :)

Wat 'n heerlike 100 minute! Erin-Lee werk vinnig en netjies. My naels was Baie kort, sy het tips met gel opgesit. Niemand sal die voor en na kan glo nie!!! Ek kan haar aanbeveel.

I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out—they are absolutely stunning! The shape is perfect, the polish is flawless, and the design is so beautifully detailed. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Not only do they look amazing, but they also feel strong and well-done. You can tell great care and skill went into them. There was a bit of a plumbing odor, but this was my first time visiting this branch - the service was better than other branches I've visited (friendly and welcoming). I will be returning to this branch (Kuils River) for sure.

Will not go anywhere else!!! I always do gel nails with Aimee and today she did my brow thread and tint. I am soooo happy with the outcome. Great work always! ❤️

The therapist was good. I however feel that as a beauty bar each therapist should have there own items or there should be sufficient stock, instead of walking around to for an item.... for example the girls had to share gel polish, so a therapist came my stand with foil and some had to be thrown in there for her.

Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.

The experience at Boa is always amazing! The ladies do an amazing job and the service is outstanding. However, I have noticed on more than one accession that within a week to a week and a half, the nail colour already starts chipping off, perhaps Boa needs to relook at their nail polish forumula. Something about it has changed.
