Yuki did an amazing job on my deluxe pedicure and gel nails- she suggested adding a small flower to my ombre French and I loved it!!! The champagne and chocolates were the perfect touch. 100000/10

I always look forward to coming here because the Staff is always friendly. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but the lady next to me who was getting a gelx Mani was. Manicure felt rushed. I noticed that after the nail polish dried that tips of my nails are rough and theres a lot cuticle hanging on some fingers that the nail tech missed and she didn’t put any cuticle oil when she was done.

Best place! Excellent care and attention to nails. Boloung took the time to ensure my previous hard gel had completely soaked off so there was minimal damage to my natural nails. Really great range of hard gel and lacquer colors. Comfy seats and massage chairs.

Love my nails! Never usually get my nails done but she did such a beautiful job and I think I’m going to have to make this more of a habit! I usually don’t like manicures because I have a very hand intensive labor job but the Japanese gel doesn’t feel fragile at all and I’m so excited to get to show them off!

The ladies doing my nails were very nice but at one point, the woman doing my manicure scooped some of the water from the water my feet were soaking in my pedicure to use for my hands, which was actually kind of gross.

Nicole is the first nail tech who really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I had envisioned! My pedicure is meh but that was a different tech, though the massage part was amazing! Nicole did my builder gel manicure and I could not be happier! An almost overwhelming number of color options to choose from so next time I’ll go in with a better idea in mind. Overall, thoroughly satisfied and I will be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.

Once again, Bo Young did an amazing job with my manicure. She was skilled at working with the cat’s eye polish and made a great recommendation for a polish that would make my nails look like glass. I loved that she was so excited to work with the new cat’s eye polish that they had delivered. She also filed my nails in the almond shape very well. Thank you, Bo Young!

Anne was warm and welcoming. She helped me pick out a nice color and I am so happy with the beautiful result! She was really quick and efficient. She offered me a drink, which is a kind touch. I think, in general, everything felt pretty rushed and a bit crowded and impersonal. My daughter’s nail stylist, for instance, did not smile, talk to her, offer her a drink. We had to squeeze by other customers to get back to our table. They honored our togetherness by seating us side by side, they squeezed us in on a Saturday morning, and everything seemed clean. And beautiful gel nails for both
