Incredible service. As a salon owner I have not seen client care like that in years, so refreshing. I went in for a gel polish removal and pedicure with a french tip gel polish application. It was that good I stayed and got my own nails infilled even though I had planned to go somewhere else. I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the staff members working on me but each member of staff was incredible and so polite and helpful. Got offered tea or coffee as soon as I went in , haven’t had that in years 👏👏👏

I had the one hour training deluxe pedicure. It was very professional and my feet feel rejuvenated and have a beautiful gel polish. Foot scrub, exfoliation and foot and leg massage along with lovely nourishing creams. My legs and feet feel so soft and hydrated. Really enjoyed

Really comfortable experience, especially with it being my first time getting any kind of pedicure. The gel polish looks perfect and the skin feels great too. Will be recommending and will be returning.

Very relaxing. I suffer with foot pain & am unable to take proper care of my feet. Veronika did a great job, left my feet so smooth & put a lovely pink glitter gel on my toenails. Tge salon itself is very relaxing, plus i got a lovely cup of coffee

Veronika is very professional ,has a lovely gentle touch. I had my gel extensions and lux pedi ,best leg massage I have had in a long time. The new salon is fabulous with added extras Had hot chocolate while having my treatments and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had my first visit at Queen Spa today & I loved every minute of it. It’s a beautiful salon and it’s calm/relaxing. I got biab nails & the luxury gel pedicure, the pedicure was heavenly and definitely a must do. They’ve a large selection of colours too 🥰 Will definitely be back and I’d recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in 💫

Another fantastic gel nail appointment, nails are perfect, symetrical and cuticles are tidied (v important to my OCD tendancies!). My nails always last really well and Chloe's range of colours mean any colour I'd like is available.

Really happy with my nails, love the way chloe preps the nails to perfection bofore adding the polish, always leaving a beautifully polished hand! No surprise I never see any chips in my nails they last for weeks 10/10
