Abbie was professional, friendly and really attentive throughout my treatment. I had a pedicure with gel polish and the whole treatment was a moment of relax and I left with gorgeous fresh toes for the summer season. Highly recommended.

Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

Good pedicure and staff were attentive. Massage chair was fab. They did add a fee on for gel polish (granted only £3), but there’s no option to add this on so I would have thought it was included in the price as this is common practice. I’d have liked to have seen Barbacide front of house too so it’s obvious tools are being sanitised between clients.

Fabulous nail tech! You go in with a design you want and she is able to execute it! Gives great advice about nails! When I first started going I was having acrylics and my nails weren’t strong, just over a year later of poly gel my nails are now my own without extensions and they’re healthier than ever!

Ffi is a very skilled nail technician and an absolutely lovely person! She’s able to reproduce any nail design, and her nail prep is always 10/10. By far the best nails I’ve had in Manchester.

Lovely first visit and experience with Amy who was very warm and welcoming. Amy explained the products available and was able to beat advise to ensure I left feeling happy with my manicure, use of builder gel, shaped as requested and great choice of gel colour to choose from, thank you Amy 😊

I had a wonderful pedicure today at Nail Plug. The new shop is beautiful and very well equipped. I had an amazing pedicure, that included a fabulous foot and leg massage, whilst sat on the best massage chair I have ever used. My skin feels so soft and smells delicious. I also had gel polish applied and my toes look lovely. Lovely, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to my next pamper there. Highly recommend.

Had my nails done, was given an option of what on offer such as acrylic, gel etc. The difference was explained. Very friendly young lady, asked if I would like a drink, very happy with my finished nails, definitely will be going back.

Lovely first experience with Zoe at Griffs Gel Studio. Chilled atmosphere, vibey studio and gorgeous company! Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and I will be back.

Rachael is the best at what she does. I had a few issues with my nails going in but that was no problem for her to fix. Had the biab gel nails done and they look amazing , I'm really impressed.
