Always fantastic customer service, made to feel very welcome! Pedicure was so lovely and amazing to finally have after a long time with hobbit feet! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ My feet feel so light and look a million times better! My ombré gel nails are perfect as usual, best nail shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited many over 27 years! Only place I will ever go! 😍

This was my third visit I think and remains a 5* rating from me. It's a real community hair salon where people of all ages come together and share life experience whilst having a great self-care experience having their hair, nails etc done. Whilst I was there a 92 young lady with dementia came in with her daughter. Treated with absolute respect and patience by the team. Gemma did my hair perfectly as always!

I am very happy with my nails every time. Polina is very professional and skilled nail technician. Even if she doesn't know how to do something, she learns quickly and adapt to the customer's needs. Highly recommend!
