Very welcoming. Had a spa pedicure with gel polish. Relaxing. My bag was soaked from over flow of the water but I was offered a free brow wax because of this. Will return again

Claire was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I love my gel nails and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, I could feel my muscles unknot and relax throughout. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I were in today and saw Natasha and Stacey. We had the aromatherapy massage and the arm and shoulder scrub and massage. The treatment itself was absolutely wonderful. All the staff we met were really friendly. The location was clean and well decorated, and smelled amazing! We were properly looked after and can’t wait to come back again. I love getting my nails done by Lisa. Her advice is always spot on! Since switching to hard gel, my nails have never been this good. If I go in with an idea, she’s great at suggesting other options, and I usually end up liking her ideas even more. I’ve also started getting gel toes, which I love. I used to be embarrassed by how I painted my nails myself, but now I’m happy to show them off 😊

Had now two lovely experiences with Lisa after starting my journey with Hard gel nails, she’s extremely knowledgeable on all her products and is amazing at doing nails

Love my appointments with Natalie. Like visiting a friend with pampering thrown in. Had a brow wax and tint and manicure. Natalie is excellent at her job and looking forward to next time for my holiday pampering.

I recently visited NCM Beauty for a pampering session and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I got Gel toes including a scrub, BIAB nails, eyebrow wax & tint and a forearm wax. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Natalie was super attentive throughout my visit. She really took her time to understand what I wanted and ensured that every treatment was done to perfection. I’ll definitely be coming back!
