My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! my first time sat in a salon chair in 10+ years. I suffer with really bad anxiety and bipolar and I have to say all the girls where friendly in salon. amie fitted my extension, and talked me through it step by step, she was really calming and an overall loverly person. I’ve been coming to Kacey for 3 months, and I couldn’t recommend her enough, every single appointment has been amazing. Kacey is such a lovely person – kind, helpful, down to earth, and always makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She’s incredibly talented at what she does. I never come in with a specific idea for my nails, but somehow I always leave with the most beautiful set that I absolutely love. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she’s genuinely a wonderful person too. I always look forward to my appointments and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
