Charlotte was a lovley friendly lady who made me feel very welcome, I had gel nails for the first time and they are amazing definitely recommend and my eyelashes are the best I’ve had lovley , long and fluffy. Thank you for a lovley experience.

Great customer service. Had a lovely manicure and polish, love my nails, had several compliments on them today. Will be definitely booking another appointment for nails and other treatments. Even though I was a 1st time customer, I felt at ease and very comfortable, had a few giggles and chit chatted about life in general. Would highly recommend 👍

Really good, Stef is lovely, very professional and everything was great. I would recommend Stef to friends. I really enjoyed the experience in her lovely room and I’m looking forward to going again. I felt very relaxed and very confident she was experienced and caring.

Hattie is the best! Always up for the challenge of any design! And always does the most amazing job!

Fantastic massage; head, face, neck and shoulders. Absolute bliss.

A relaxing and luxurious pedicure, finished with a gorgeous spring pastel green gel polish. My feet look and feel wonderful.

Great service, very friendly , fantastic choice of colours and finishes and I’m super pleased with my nails , thank you 🤩

I've been coming to salon 27 for many years now, ive just had the best 2.15mins of my life, kerry was so lovely she was worrying about the room being to cold bless her, it wasn't her fault it didn't spoil my experience one bit! The girls are all lovely all you ever hear is laughing and joking I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you again. See you in the next half term.

I won the pamper day and what can I say! I got full gel toes, nails, and a brow tint and shape. Ainsley was amazing and very welcoming! Would definitely recommend booking in with her❤️The room was gorgeous and I was offered a hot drink! Amazing experience, thank you I’ll be back soon!
