had an overdue haircut with one of the girls, and it was so thorough! Full scalp examination and hair investigation as well as the expected wash cut and blow dry. They really do learn a lot on these courses! The wash was lovely, they asked before using any product and were very careful with brushing and combing. The whole process took a lot longer than in a salon, but that was to be expected as they're learning. All in all a very nice day out helping others learn!

My second visit after receiving an amazing treatment the first time and they’ve blown me away yet again! Michaela was amazing, talking me through each process. Gave Michaela a difficult task as the ends of my hair are quite dry as well as damaged and she pulled it out the bag yet again. I have the results I was looking for.
