I’ve been having monthly massages with Gemma for years and I leave feeling amazing and relaxed every time. I decided to try Gemma’s “Ultimate Unwind” treatment this time and just WOW!! The massage was amazing as always but the soothing facial pressure point massage with cold rose quartz crystals was heavenly! I literally felt like I was in heaven floating on a cloud and I could feel the stress and puffiness leaving my face. I left feeling bright eyed and glowing. This is my new favourite and I will certainly be having this treatment again! Thank you Gem ☺️

Gemma is a true professional with a real passion for what she does. She made me feel welcome from the start with a thoughtful message before my appointment—a lovely personal touch! I had my first hot stone massage, and it was just amazing. The warmth of the stones was so soothing, and the little facial massage at the end added an extra layer of relaxation. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and completely de-stressed. It’s the little details Gemma includes in her treatments that make her wonderful. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I recently booked a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. The pressure was firm, consistent, and incredibly effective—definitely not a light, relaxing massage, but one that really works into tight muscles and knots. I had a great experience with Heather, she is a warm, intuitive, knowledgeable healer, her environment is calm, comfortable and welcoming. I felt safe, encouraged and supported to unravel some deep emotions, feelings and worries, working with the mind, body and soul, through techniques including meditation, breath work, massage and reiki. I left with some tools to help me on my journey, including herbal remedies/book recommendations.

Another fantastic, effective and informative treatment with Kirk who has been treating my various (largely self-inflicted injuries) for over a year and has consistently got me back to activity with rehabs in place to strengthen and avoid future injury. He’s by far the best physio/rehab professional I’ve come across in Portsmouth/Southsea in the past 20 years . Cannot recommend highly enough (although please don’t use up all his appointments as I want some!)

Absolutely loved the ultimate unwind treatment!! Relaxing massage, beautiful eye massage after with the crystals, just want I needed after a long day at work. The cold crystals really helped soothe my headache and felt so relaxing and calming. As always Gemma thank you for a perfect experience ❤️

Gemma's Signature treatment is what I needed for some me-time. As a new mum, Gemma's massage was relaxing and at the same time loosening my tight shoulder and neck muscles. And the facial treatment, with cold crystals, was rejuvenating and energising. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some well-deserved allround treatment.
