Kirk is extremely knowledgeable on human anatomy and the role each skeletal muscle plays in biomechanics to create pain at each spot and movement. The Sports Massage he offers is not a stronger deep tissue, because it wasn't about the amount of force applied to the "knots". In fact, he uses a moderate amount of strength you would get in a deep tissue or less than a deep tissue, but following the muscle fibres' natural direction and ease out the tension. He also gave me a few exercises to strengthen my weaker muscles that induced compensation in surrounding muscles. He's amazing!

I recently had a massage session with Michelle at Resolve Massage, and I cannot recommend it enough! The massage was fantastic, and it truly rejuvenated me. Michelle is a skilled and professional therapist that knew precisely how to alleviate my tension and stress. The ambiance of the place was also very calming and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Vikki was so friendly and helpful. She made it clear I could indicate whether I wanted more or less pressure throughout the sports massage, which I did. I noticed an immediate improvement in my back, which I'd hurt while gardening a few days before. Really eased the pain.
