Initially when Sharon first started massaging my weary bones it was quite painful and the pressure a little too much but I persevered because I could tell she knew exactly what my body needed. So far I had had several differnet treatments there's (reflexology, myafascial release and head and neck release) they have all been amazing and I can definitely feel a change in my body for the better. Amazing place and Kelly is wonderful
