This was a very enjoyable experience. The people on reception were welcoming and professional. The massage was therapeutic and extremely relaxing. The Spa is beautifully decorated and feels like a haven in the City.

A gorgeous place, beautiful lounge and changing rooms and the treatment room was gorgeous. Felt like a spa day all wrapped into an hour! Ms Kim did my massage and she was really good, I felt relaxed as well as it feeling like it was actually getting the knots out.

Great massage the best in Bath

Professional, skilled and kind. I had a wonderful massage with Mandeep who was able to help me with a problem with my back. I need to go back again soon.

Caroline Metz is brilliant. The kinesology appointment was a total reset in ways I could not have imagined. A fascinating process and very healing. And the Bath Natural Remedies centre an unexpected haven. From the moment you walk in the energy shifts. Amazing herbal scents and super peaceful energy.

Anna is always fantastic! I had a deep massage into areas that had been causing me some discomfort. Anna always takes an evidence based approach to her therapeutic practice.

Neals Yard is so convenient for me as I live in Bathwick so a 10 minute walk. Lovely shop and very pleasant staff. Tim the chiropodist as great as ever. Thank you everone.
