I took my 16 year old to see Yvette about recurring pain experienced when playing football. The assessment was thorough & the exercise demonstrations were really helpful, along with written resources which were emailed afterwards. Looking forward to my massage next week!

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.
