I recently had a baby and I’m doing pressotherapy sessions to reduce fluid retention. My body feels great and lighter after each session. Highly recommend this treatment. Also staff is lovely!

Claire is so friendly, kind and calm! She puts you at ease straight away then works her magic!

Adam is very knowledgable. He is able to offer a treatment plan to suit your needs. I would highly recommended him for any physical therapy or treatment.

It was an appointment tailored to my needs, friendly therapist (Josh), and on time. Have booked another session straightaway!

Following collarbone and wrist break a year ago, I attended numerous physio sessions over the past year with Josh who helped restore mobility and strength in damaged shoulder & wrist, and then assist with strengthening rotator cuff of the other one too. I'm much more balanced now, and fully regained strength. Couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend. Thanks!

My therapy was very informative and I learned some valuable facts about my meniscus tear not least that sometimes less exercise is more. I no longer go about my recovery like a ‘bull in a china shop’.

Room was clean and cosy, Kate was welcoming and the hot stone massage was great. Very relaxing, good amount of pressure and the hot stones were a perfect temperature. I will definitely be re-booking.
