So blown away by the great service I received here!! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable and at ease as a tourist. Edeline assisted me during my visit and delivered an excellent service with great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend this salon to others. I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn

That was one of the best massages I got. The therapist is good just knows where the knots are and takes her time working on the problem areas. I also had foot reflexology which was so good. My feet felt so much lighter after that treatment. Again, the foot therapist was very good explaining all the areas of the foot and which organs it affects. The venue is very attractive and you feel at home when you walk in there. The staff is very helpful and friendly

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!

This was my second visit at Rua Beauty and I love my nails, she takes her time to insure your nails are beautiful and uses good hygiene with her services. She was also super helpful in terms of getting what I wanted by ordering the colours to do the style I wanted done (Brown cat eye) aswell as tips to soften feet callouses. She was also super accommodating by asking every so often if I’d like something to drink and even offered me a snack since I was hungry and the shops around us were closed 🤣 Overall an amazing experience with great chats and gossip. Would 1000% recommend coming to Rua😇
