It was good, but I had booked in a complimentary nail art along with a spa pedicure. I had an idea of what I wanted and picked my colors and only then did the person doing my nails inform me that nail art wasn't really possible with regular polish (bc it would take too long to dry). That's fine but it would have been nice if that were clear earlier- ideally in the nail art description, and then again at the salon before picking colors. Because I was only made aware of this at the last minute, I felt pressured to decide on the spot. It's not a huge deal but could have been easily avoided.

Absolutely fantastic! I had tried a few nail places in the area before and this was the first salon that was professional and delivered amazing service. Very well organised and both the pedicure and manicure were done very thoroughly and with attention to detail. They are using very nice products and even a little foot massage. I loved the massage chairs too. I will certainly be back!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and inviting the space felt—no strong acrylic smell like so many other places. The atmosphere is fresh, modern, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. What really stood out to me was the professionalism of the staff. They are courteous, well-trained, and clearly take pride in their work. My appointment started right on time, which I truly appreciate—no long waits or overbooking here. This studio without no doubt it's simple THE BEST in Melbourne,since the moment I walked into the studio the atmosphere the decoration and the jewellery are these two girls who are so focused in the client. They advised me what colour and design. I was over the moon ,and the only saloon in Melbourne where they put some form to the spa pedicure,which make my pedicure more smooth. They are such a good nail artist designer as well. I highly recommend this salon, is the most clean and tidy salon I'd ever seen in Melbourne. JoJo has created a very clean, peaceful and relaxing space. It’s always a pleasure to have my nails done here. Her attention to detail ensures my nails always look perfect, and friendly conversation makes the time pass quickly. The little extras such as being able to choose from several different scents of cuticle oil and hand cream to end the service leave me feeling very relaxed and happy when I leave.

A great service, I would go again! I made a last minute booking and it didn't go through to the Saloon. The ladies were very accommodating and the foot massage was exactly what I needed today 🪷
