It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Yulia adapted to my needs perfectly, and her touch was incredibly soft. I felt truly pampered and relaxed during my appointment. Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Noor is amazing! It was my first time at Bayou Spa and was also my first time for waxing. She did that amazingly so that I could forget the pain by talking to me and sharing story. That's amazing experience. Would definitely go with her again for the next time's appointment! Very well recommended!
