Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

Wow, what a treatment! I had a Japanese head spa with Tash and it was amazing from start to finish. Tash is very experienced, the treatment room was stunning, and I left feeling very relaxed, and with super soft hair. Thank you so much Tash!

Best salon in Bristol !

I always leave with the most amazing brow transformation. Today I had my first Japanese head spa which was incredible, such beautiful products used. I will be back for another one, highly recommend.

Manpreet was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed! She makes the room lovely with candles and spa music and I left feeling calm! She did a very thorough job too and made sure I was always happy and comfortable! Thank you!

Possibly the best facial in Bristol. Such a wonderful experience and my skin is looking so good! Thank you Katie!

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.
