I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

I can’t recommend Lauren enough! She’s incredibly meticulous and makes sure every lash is perfect. Not only does she have an amazing eye for detail, but she’s also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes every appointment so enjoyable. Her beauty room is just as impressive—clean, inviting, and full of calming energy. It’s the perfect space to unwind and feel pampered during each visit. I have been a regular client for the last 6 years. I have had multiple treatments over that time and can honestly say every time Kay makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every treatment has always been amazing especially one I had just recently - the luxury holistic facial. It was incredible!!

I absolutely love this place! Always leave feeling incredible. I’ve had both Thai and deep tissue massages (pressure as hard as you like). Today I treated myself to a combined massage and facial which was complete luxury and just what I needed after a busy, stressful week. 100% recommend.

Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. The facial is amazing and always love the added bonus of head, neck and shoulder massage!! I leave feeling refreshed and planning when I can book another visit!!

My first time visiting Kay. I had some pre holiday waxing. Kay was very welcoming, lovely, clean, fresh yet homely space. The wax itself was reasonably pain free and a more pleasant experience than others I’ve been to, fabulous experience. I’ll be back soon.
