Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

I had the Swedish Full Body Massage with Abbie and it was exactly what I needed 🙌 As a massage therapist myself I know what goes into delivering a good treatment and Abbie was fantastic. She was professional from start to finish and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole session. I was really in need of some time to switch off and relax while also getting some tension relief, and she managed to do both perfectly. She hit all the right spots and the pressure was just right for me 👌 I’d definitely recommend Abbie and will be booking with her regularly 😌

I had the fullbody scrub with full body massage and a head massage. Both treatments were excellent! Really very well done with variable techniques and pressures applied. I would highly recommend this lady and I will definitely be returning for further treatments. Thank you

Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. From next month I will be doing the package so that I can escape reality once a month! Amazing amazing amazing xx

The overall place and staff are friendly, and lovely. Was very well welcomed and taken care of, by Fatima and Soumaya. I had a full body massage it was such a great way to unwind and relax. I definitely will come back.

Had my first Indian Head Massage with Mel today and it was amazing! I've been so stressed and tense lately to the point of my muscles being in pain, but when Mel was done - I was no longer in pain. I was so relaxed, I felt so much more relieved and my neck and shoulders feel much softer. I'm so grateful to Mel for helping me feel better and would recommend her to absolutely everyone and anyone! She's incredible! ✨️

I had an amazing massage with Era today. She has such a calming presence and a real instinct for finding and easing tension. I arrived feeling sore and left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Era is professional, warm, and incredibly skilled, creating a peaceful atmosphere where you can fully switch off. Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Ken was fantastic. He explained everything before the session begun so I knew what to expect. He even went in to explain about my muscle tightness and ways of stretching to relieve those areas. He is personable, professional and a very good masseuse. I've already booked in another couples massage for my husband to and I. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing place😍, the haircut was top tier and amazing. First was the most relaxing hair wash which sent my friend off to sleep and a treatment which left her hair feeling so soft, the hairstylist was so precise, he did an amazing job my friend loves her haircut. The pedicures were amazing and so relaxing our feet felt like fresh baby skin after and our toes look amazing. She also got her nails done and they came out FAB. Not only were the services amazing but the customer service was so friendly and welcoming they also make you teas and coffees which is thoughtful. Would definitely recommend💕
