I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. I think Carole is one of the kindest, most calming people I've ever met. She gave me an amazing massage and reflexology. The smells of the aromatherapy oil and music calmed me right down (after a car accident!) As she did her magic on my tense back and feet. Truly a wonderful experience.

I had a facial with Carol and it was extremely relaxing and delightful. It was different from many facials I’ve had in that she was very present and there was a lot of facial massage involved which felt very good. Even when leaving a product to work she stayed attentive and gave me the option of a hand or foot massage. This was a lovely treat!

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!

Not having had a massage for over 30 years, I wasn’t sure quite what to expect. However, it was very relaxing and calming. Thank you.
