We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

The Japanese Head massage was really great! Yolanda explained everything she was doing and what products she was using. I felt very relaxed and nearly fell completely asleep! My whole head felt refreshed and very clean and my hair was soft and very clean! I will definitely go back for more of this experience.

I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. Carol has a holistic approach which soothes body and mind. I always feel so relaxed during treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

Brilliant massage, great pressure relaxing yet you can feel the impact!

I went for a massage with Patrycja due to really bad back pain, and she worked through it incredibly well. Her technique was excellent, and you could truly feel the passion and skill in her hands. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere where they genuinely know exactly what they’re doing. Maalish has perfected the art of massage – from the warm bed to the relaxing music, everything was spot on. And coming from a well-trained massage therapist myself, I can confidently say this was exceptional.

I had an incredible massage experience with Fresha. She did an amazing job and truly went above and beyond to help with my back pain and knee issues. Her technique is excellent, and she knew exactly how to target the problem areas with the right amount of pressure. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably reduced pain. Fresha is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real therapeutic results and a wonderful overall experience. Mili was great, she applied great pressure to areas of discomfort and I felt very relaxed after. I got a back neck and shoulder massage and I would visit again for this in the future

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

Very good and relaxing massage. I highly recommend it especially for those people who have very tense muscles like me . Milli is a very good therapist in helping to reduce tense muscles and reduce back and neck tension as well.

I have had massages before with Carol and they have always been wonderful. A lovely relaxing and comfortable treatment area and surroundings. The massage was a whole body sensory experience, and if I was a cat I would have been purring throughout the treatment!

I had the Intense Hot Stone Massage today with Kinesha, who was phenomenal. She tailored the massage to what my body needed, which she was able to judge through her high level of experience, which reflected in her technique and ability. I came out super-relaxed and booked a package of more massages. All the staff I met were super nice and I was welcomed with a cup of chilled water on this very warm day. I saw other clients come out also super-happy with their therapist. Great find and I would highly recommend.

An amazing massage from Carole. So calm and relaxing. Best massages I’ve had anywhere.

I went to Volta's after a hip injury and sore back, and after the first massage with Kojal I felt much better. She knows exactly how much pressure will be enough for the most sore points. She also has a very nice personality and after each session you leave the studio relaxed but also energised by the Kojal's positivity. I'm on my second massage package and will continue regularly to keep relaxed. If you are sitting in front of the desk for your work or just need a good relax, I strongly recommend to book a massage with Kojal at Volta's Spa and Beauty.

Another amazing experience with Magda. She always listens and understands exactly what areas need extra attention. Her massages are not just relaxing, but genuinely effective — I leave feeling like a new person every single time. Magda cares about her clients and it really shows. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
