I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. Lovely experience of reflexology. I felt immediately relaxed during the treatment. Jeanette is lovely professional person, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very accurate with her findings and explained everything really well. I was then given a summary which was great and how I could work on myself at home.
