I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

Mia has truly magical hands. The whole experience was amazing. I felt fully supported and respected right through the treatment. Mia checked periodically if I was comfortable and the hour flew past really quickly. She had a bottle of water ready for me, making sure I stay hydrated. I'm so grateful for the space she provided me during my massage. My mind turned off and enjoyed the sensation fully. Thank you very much, I will certainly be back for more.

Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.
