Incredible experience from start to finish! I had a 45-minute deep tissue massage today and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I walked in feeling tense and tight, and left feeling completely relaxed. The masseuse was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly skilled and professional. You can truly tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. The whole atmosphere was calming and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I will absolutely be booking again, 100%! Highly, highly recommend. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Amazing massage highly recommend

Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

I only have good things to say about this salon. It's a hidden gem of the Clarendon Park area, discovered it this summer when I decided I really need a pedicure for ny suffering feet 🤣. This is my second time I came in for a gel callus peel pedicure; came in with rough callus feet and toenails, and left with princess feet and flower like toenails. A warm, welcoming and feminine environment, where you feel safe about your imperfections and well looked after. Strongly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Diana was very informative and knowledgeable about her work. I was talked through every option regarding my damaged toe nail. Although I had booked just a consultation, she applied powder to my feet and started to help improve my nails. I booked my next appointment while there felt so confident in her abilities.

The facial was very relaxing and my skin felt brighter afterwards. I really enjoyed the products used. I would have loved more time spent on the facial massage, as that was my favourite part and helped me relax even more.

Friendly and perfect service as always Have been using them for 5 years now and ever had a problem with my Hollywood wax, the best in Leicester for sure!

May 2022; my first appointment at DP Footcare & it was, hands down, the BEST pedicure/foot care service I've had in Leicester, ever! I don't have any major foot issues & Diana assured that they're in pretty good condition! With that said, she still gave my feet the Royal treatment; any dry skin was buffed away, cuticles were trimmed to perfection & the oils that were smoothed allover my tootsie's was divine! I will be booking in again & would definitely recommend her!! Thank you SO much.

Absolutely amazing luxury pedicure made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.My feet feel so good and really soft and my nails.Had my eyebrows and sides threading done as well.Both ladies were very professional and friendly.
